The original Y shaped fence post, made in Australia using Australian steel, it's designed for use in most fence line designs where medium stock pressure is expected. Galstar Extreme^® is commonly teamed up with the intermediate MaxY post for higher pressure applications.

• The hot-dipped galvanized coating makes these posts suitable for use in medium-to-high corrosive environments.
• Waratah uses a multiple stand "in-line" rolling process to manufacture Galstar Extreme^® which delivers a consistent shape and steel cross section for strength and performance. 
• Consistent hole spacings allow easy wire attachment and correct fence design.
• Less bulky than timber, concrete and pipe, this post is easier to transport, requires no machinery to install and can be carried along the fence line by one person, saving time and money.

Made of high grade Australian steel, the MaxY is the largest engineered Y-shape post. It's designed for use as an intermediate fence post or for medium-to-high stock pressure environments, where previously pipe, concrete or timber posts may have been used.

• The ceramic locking mechanism delivers a strong grip, taking higher loads and providing superior corrosion resistance – recommended to prolong the life of your Longlife^® Blue colour^® wire.
• Includes integrated adjustable torque setting on the handle. Once the pre-set wire tension is reached, the tool disengages to prevent overstraining and potential wire damage.
• Stainless steel springs provide excellent corrosion resistance.
• Long lasting and can be re-used.
• Save time and effort when joining wires, tensioning or terminating wire at a strainer post.
• Simply push wires through the wire joiner in each direction, and the one-way grip firmly holds each wire.  No more bending, twisting and tying wires.

Easily and securely tie-off wire around a strainer post

• The life of the post is extended with hot dipped galvanized coating (min 600g/m2) providing the best steel corrosion protection.
