Bacchus Marsh Farm Supplies is a well-established rural farm supplies business, proudly serving the local farming community.  With our core focus on service and a deep understanding of farmers’ needs, our mission is to serve our customers with the supply of quality products, expert advice, and genuine outstanding service.

We strive to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date stock levels. However, product availability may vary, as many of our items are seasonal or in high demand and may not be available year‑round. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the products displayed in-store and on our website are in stock, availability cannot be guaranteed. Customers may contact us directly to confirm the availability of any item before placing an order.

This information is used to help us provide you with relevant consumer updates, including notifications about new products, in‑store events, and special offers that may be of interest to you as a valued customer.

We do not disclose your personal information to unrelated companies outside our corporate group for marketing purposes.

As required by law, you may opt out of receiving direct marketing communications from us at any time.

Pricing

We strive to ensure that all pricing displayed is accurate and current. However, we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise specified.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Our returns and exchange policy is designed to support fair and transparent outcomes.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change‑of‑mind purchases. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including original tags and inner packaging intact on goods including hats, footwear etc
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products—such as chemicals, feed, animal health items, and perishable goods—cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If a product is faulty, defective, or not performing as it should, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

·       A repair

·       A replacement

·       A refund

We may need to inspect the item to assess the issue. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We will arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund.

Special Orders

Custom or special‑order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty.

How to request a return or exchange

To begin a return, exchange, or product issue assessment, please contact us via email at info@bmfarm.com.au with:

·       Proof of purchase

·       A description of the issue

·       Photos, if relevant

We will guide you through the next steps.

Shipping 

Not all goods are eligible for shipping due to factors including pre‑delivery requirements or classification as hazardous materials. For items that can be shipped, delivery costs are determined by the size and weight of the product unless otherwise advised. Clothing, footwear, and similar apparel items incur a flat $20 delivery fee.

Bacchus Marsh Farm Supplies dispatches orders via Australia Post. Once your order is confirmed and payment has been received, we will aim to ship your items within 2 business days.

For bulky goods that can be shipped, Bacchus Marsh Farm Supplies may provide a shipping/courier cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. Bacchus Marsh Farm Supplies cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error and is not obliged to resend the order at our expense. Additional charges may apply if the order needs to be resent. If you believe you have entered the wrong shipping information, please contact our team immediately via info@bmfarm.com.au and quote your order number.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect orders will be prepared as soon as possible during our standard trading hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before attending the store. 

All orders will be prepared for collection from our Main St store at 126 Main St Bacchus Marsh, unless otherwise specified.

Identification & Collection

When collecting your order, you must present:

  • A copy of your order confirmation, and
  • Valid identification matching the name on the order
  • If someone is collecting on your behalf, you must notify us in advance via email on info@bmfarm.com.au and ensure they bring the required documentation.

Stock Availability

We strive to ensure that all items offered online are available. However, stock levels may vary. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss alternatives, a refund, or store credit.

Incorrect item or Item not as advertised

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that differs from what was pictured or described, please contact our team immediately via email at info@bmfarm.com.au, or visit us at our Main St store. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
