POSTAGE INFORMATION

Orders are sent via Australia Post Parcel post. 
Please note: Some items may require an alternative courier, you will be notified of this in your order tracking email. 

We charge a flat rate of $20* for all orders.
 *If your item/s are classed as bulky, you will be contacted to confirm shipping cost.

We are currently offering FREE postage of Bogs gumboots - use the code BOGS-FREESHIPPING 
in cart to activate. (ONLY AVAILABLE FOR USE ON BOGS GUMBOOTS *EXCLUDES CLEARANCE) 

Please allow at least 0-3 business days for your order to be processed. In most cases, it will be within the first 24hrs, as we aim to process website orders as soon as possible. 

Australia Post offers delivery with safe drop or will be sent to the post office at the driver’s discretion. This means if you are not home at the time of the delivery, your order will be left in a safe place, so it is ready and waiting for you. Australia Post will also take a photo of where your order was left. If you have specific instructions on where you need your post delivered, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number and give them this information. Any instruction left in the notes section on a Bacchus Marsh Farm Supplies order cannot be passed onto Australia Post as we are a separate service.

*Delivery times vary and we cannot guarantee when an item will be delivered. We endeavour to process orders as quick as we can, but once it leaves us, it is unfortunately out of our hands. 

COVID-19 DELAYS

STOCK AVAILABILITY 

Whilst we endeavour to keep the products listed on our website up to date, it is not automatically updated to resemble stock available in store. We encourage our customers to contact us on (03) 5366 0600 to confirm the item/s you require are available. If you have placed your order and they are not available, you will be contacted via email. No payment will be processed until stock is secured. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been packed and has left our warehouse, you will receive tracking information from Australia Post or the chosen alternative courier service. 


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Once placing your order, if you have entered in incorrect information or need to change anything in regards to your order, please email us ASAP at info@bacchusmarshfarmsupplies.com.au and we will attempt to correct the mistake. 

If you wish to return your item, please contact us via email prior to sending your parcel back to us. 

RETURNS REQUIREMENTS

  • The item must be in original, unworn, unmarked condition with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Cost of postage for the return of the garment must be covered by the customer UNLESS the garment is faulty
  • When returning shoes, shoes must be returned unworn, unmarked and in the original shoe box (if provided)
MANUFACTURING FAULTS
If the item you purchased has a major manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a description of the fault. We will need to contact the brand directly for them to make a decision on whether or not the item has a manufacturing fault. If it is deemed faulty, you are entitled to: 
 
  • A replacement of the item OR credit note which you can use towards something else. 
  • OR a full refund of the item if we cannot repair or replace it for for you. 
RETURNS VIA AUSTRALIA POST 
 
Bacchus Marsh Farm Supplies cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent out or returned to us. We are happy to assist with any questions, but please direct all enquiries to Australia Post. If this situation arises, the customer can only be reimbursed if we are approved a credit by Australia Post for the lost/damaged item. We highly recommend customers keep a copy of their tracking number when returning items to Bacchus Marsh Farm Supplies. If we do not receive a return/receive a return damaged, we are not required to compensate the customer.

We have an extensive range of stockfeeds for almost all farm animals. Our horse feed range includes Hygain, Barastoc, oaten chaff, lucerne chaff, 50/50 chaff. If we don't have it then we can usually get it in within a few days
